Behind the Lens | Kalimera | I’ve Returned!

Kalimera!

That means Good Morning in Greek. As you can tell, I’m such a local now…except not at all. I tried, though, and boy did I want to stay. Despite my efforts to become a permanent resident, however, I have returned from Greece! Oh my, what a trip it was. I left almost two weeks ago and traveled halfway around the world to a country that has been at the top of my bucket list for a long time now. Ever since The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants came out (don’t judge…every girl felt that way) I’ve been dreaming of the Aegean coast and the Greek isles. Last November I got my chance, booked my ticket and waited anxiously for the day to arrive. It came so quickly and I was ready to go! Just as fast as it came I feel like it flew by and now I’m constantly looking through my camera to relive it. I’ll give more details soon of the trip and how it all came to be as soon as I have time to sit down and edit the 2000 pictures I took along the way. EEEK! Better get me a cup of coffee, some good tunes and get at it. Somehow, though, I don’t think that will be hard for me!
