I got to photograph this couple’s beautiful wedding last weekend so I’m excited to share their engagements! Laura and Adam live in Tyler, TX so after a rainy day fail to do some portraits in Dallas, we opted to reschedule in Tyler. I am SO glad we did too because I never knew how beautiful east Texas is! Tyler is absolutely gorgeous and the pine trees are incredible. As I was driving home, I was seriously wondering how I could get some of my Dallas couples to drive the hour-ish drive to get there. Not joking. The outdoors are what make my heart sing when it comes to photography and while I love Dallas, we could use a little bit more of what east Texas has to offer! Anyway, we had a blast shooting their engagements and in many ways, I was grateful for that rainy day fail.
These two met in Lubbock while out with some friends one night, (both being Texas Tech grads) sparks flew, they started dating and the rest is history. Ok, that’s actually not the full story. Their love story is quite fun but I’m saving that for their wedding post cause it is just too good! You will have to check back to get the full scoop.
