Oh, I have been waiting for this day for FAR too long! Discussions about this project began well over a year ago and it finally came to be a reality last summer. Countless hours of planning and designing turned in to a styled shoot that was more amazing than I even imagined. With art deco working its way in to the latest wedding trends, I teamed up with the ever amazing Jennifer with I Love Rehabs as we dreamt up this shoot as a way to give brides an idea of how to incorporate a bit of art deco in to their wedding design. Jennifer is A-mazing at SO many things, especially wedding planning/design and I was so privileged to team up with her. Ladies, if you need help designing your wedding or redecorating your home, SHE IS YOUR GIRL! I gave her a brief idea of what I had in mind and she ran with it. What she produced was far better than I even had in my head. I was so lucky to have the privilege of also working with some incredibly talented vendors who all were so gracious as plans changed, things got rescheduled and rain threatened to ruin the whole thing. God was good though, as the showers came down hard in the morning and then lifted miraculously in the afternoon. What was left was a HOT but gorgeous day, perfect for staging a lovely backyard wedding.
Thanks so much to Glamour and Grace wedding blog for featuring this styled shoot today on their site! Check it out HERE to see!
Enjoy some of my favorites from this shoot (beware there are a LOT…but can you blame me since it was my brainchild?)
