A day of rejoicing. A day of worship. A day of celebration. That’s what Jessica and Reed’s wedding day was marked by. The sun was beating down relentlessly but that didn’t affect their attitude because it was a day they had waited for with great anticipation. God’s faithfulness made evident in each other. They had prayed for a spouse that not only shared their faith but also their passion for the nations and God had not disappointed. Thus, it was so fitting that their wedding had a travel theme, made complete with vintage cameras, globes, maps, and world outreach. As Reed and Jessica worshipped with their friends and family during their ceremony, it was evident to me that they were making a partnership that would ultimately impact the world.
Jessica is a photographer herself and went to Africa last year on a humanitarian trip. Her pictures are stunning so I wanted to make sure and document the two continents that are close to her heart.
Their first look. I’m such a huge fan of doing this…
His reaction. So perfect.
Jessica and Reed exchanged gifts in a private room after their first look and I was able to snap this shot in the middle of it. So sweet.
My absolute favorite.

Love, love, love this picture. Notice Jessica’s mom in the bottom left corner. Moments like this are the greatest.
My favorite part of their whole ceremony. Everyone worshipping together. What a great idea!
