Breanna + Tom | An Old Town Plaza Wedding | Norman, OK

Such a sweet day with a sweet couple! You may remember Tom and Bre from their engagement session I did earlier this year. Their story is a fun one. Acquaintances first. She thought he was a flirt so she didn’t give him much attention. Friends next…her interest started to peak a bit more. Then teammates on a mission trip to Israel…falling in love as they worked side by side. Soon after they were dating and finally, husband and wife. These two make such a dynamic duo and their love for one another is so genuine. They were both all smiles on their wedding day and just couldn’t wait to start their lives together. Friends and family joined with them as they committed their lives to one another and began the great journey of marriage. It was a particularly blustery (excited I just got to use that word) day as these two made their vows and we took their portraits. Yep, winds were blowing at extreme speeds which would have been frustrating to most people during pictures. Yet neither of them flinched or complained…they were just so excited to be together as the Lord had united them. I have a feeling and pray that that may be a picture of their future. Though winds may come, they remain strong, steady, loving and unwavering in their adventure of marriage.

Tom and Bre, thanks for letting me be there with you in the wind on your special day! You two are better together than apart and that is a GOOD thing! I can’t wait to see where your marriage journey takes you!

Enjoy some of my favs from their Norman, OK wedding! Norman is where I went to school so I love when work brings me back to places that I love!

Happy Monday!

Tom and Bre fell in love as they co-lead a mission trip to Israel so we had to incorporate this in their details.

A sweet ‘First Look’ with her father. I love moments like this.

His nickname for her growing up was ‘Sweets.’

I gave the guys the opportunity to choose some of their own poses and this is what they did. Not my usual style but well…I gotta say…it’s hilarious.

What an awesome find! This old trailer was across the street from the venue and it made for such a fun backdrop!

This is my new favorite bridal party pic. Hands down.
