In the years that I have been photographing weddings, I have discovered something very beautiful. No love story is the exact same. Each couple has a different story that is unique to them and well…I love telling it. This beautiful couple’s story details just that.
They met salsa dancing. Abbie and her sister, Bekah, decided they should have a night out and wanted to try some salsa dancing. They were having a great evening when Isidro came on the scene…and then the night became even better. Little did they know, that a simple night salsa dancing would become something unbelievably significant for them both, starting a dance partnership that would last for a lifetime. As Bekah says, it was easy to tell that Isidro quickly had his eyes set on Abbie and so thus began a relationship that would bring some of life’s sweetest blessings. Their wedding was full of sweet moments with precious friends and family, including their adorable son, Wesley, as they vowed their lives to one another. I was so privileged to be there to document it and reminded that every couple’s journey is a story worth telling.
Abbie and Isidro, thank you for letting me be there on your special day and for allowing me to celebrate with you. I can’t wait to see how your story continues to unfold and I hope that you spend the rest of your life loving being each other’s dance partner.
